I've been downloading the BMW v9.3 from last 24hrs for 2gb download it's still showing as 39% downloaded, after I logged into the system it also shows as authorization error code 3, it there any ways to solve these 2 problem -

As for the BMW downloading, we tested it and it can be downloaded within one hour. So may I suggest you change another higher speed network to have a try.
Regarding to the error code, which language did you select? I checked your serial No. V09G50412849 is authorized with French language. Please make sure you select French. -

what happend server autel ? constantly writes the network is busy, the next problem.
